FABRICS & SIZING

• What fabric should I try?
  If you’re new to ONNO, start with bamboo and beechwood (or lycocell for men). Yes, both!
  Note: bamboo, beechwood, lyocell and organic cotton are thinner fabrics. If you want a midweight fabric, try pima cotton and hemp.
• What is the ONNO Happiness Promise™?
  ONNO exists because of you. We want you to be happy with your new t-shirt. Need a different size? Don’t like the color, fabric, fit? Start a return or exchange by clicking here.
• What size am I?
  Our shirts run true-to-size with an “athletic” fit – not tight, not baggy. If you like a looser fitting shirt or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
• Do your shirts shrink?
  Like most clothes, our shirts will shrink a bit when washed in warm water and dried in the dryer. We estimate about a half-size, mostly in length. If you prefer a looser fit or are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
• How should I wash my ONNO t-shirts?
  We recommend washing warm or hot and drying in the dryer. ONNO shirts are preshrunk, but will still shrink a bit more. You can wash cold and line dry if you don’t want the shirt to shrink at all.

RETURNS

• What is your return policy?
  We offer free returns and exchanges within the US. For international orders, there is a flat rate return fee of $30 plus return shipping. Please reach out to us within 180 days of placing your order if you would like to process a return for a refund or an exchange. If you’re unhappy with your t-shirt for any reason, please let us know. ONNO exists because of you!
• When can I expect my refund?
  We process refunds immediately, but most banks take two to five days to post them to your account. If you haven’t received your refund after five business days, please let us know.
• How do I exchange or return a gift?
  You’ll need the order number, or the name and email of the gift-giver – otherwise, we won’t be able to find the order.

SALES, PROMOS, & COUPONS

• Why can’t I find an ONNO coupon code?
  Instead of pricing our t-shirts higher, running constant sales, and making you search for coupon codes, we decided to price our t-shirts fairly every day of the year. We don’t want to play pricing games with you. And you’ll never need to wait for a sale when you want to buy a great t-shirt. You can buy one today, right now 🙂

ORDERS & SHIPPING

• Can I change/cancel my order?
  Because we ship quickly, we usually can’t change or cancel your order – but send us a message and we’ll do our best. Rest assured though, we will take care of you one way or the other. ONNO wouldn’t exist without you!
• How long before my order ships?
  We ship within 1-2 business days. If you don’t receive a confirmation email after placing your order, please let us know! ONNO is closed on the weekends.
• What forms of payment do you take?
  Most major credit cards.
• What are your shipping methods?
  We ship via the USPS, and DHL for international orders.
• How long does shipping take?
  Within the continental US, shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Packages going to Hawaii have been taking 6-8 weeks to be delivered. For questions regarding USPS shipping to Hawaii, please reach out to USPS directly.
• Do you offer expedited shipping?
  We do not offer expedited shipping. Orders usually ship within one business day. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US but can take longer. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. ONNO is closed on weekends.
• How much does shipping cost?
  Shipping within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, is free.
• Can I place my order over the phone?
  Sorry orders cannot be placed over the phone 🙁 Please order t-shirts directly from the ONNO website.

• Do you have a brick and mortar shop?
  ONNO doesn’t have a brick and mortar shop but our Happiness Promise™ makes it easy to shop with us online. If you try a shirt and are unhappy with it for any reason, just send us a message and we will take care of you.
• What does ONNO mean?
  The word ONNO is of Dutch origin and is related to the word “generous” which is a core value at ONNO.
• Where are ONNO t-shirts made?
  ONNO Bamboo, Pima Cotton and Organic Cotton t-shirts are made by our partners in Delhi India. ONNO Hemp t-shirts are made by our partners in Taian China. To learn more about our production facilities, click here.
