If you are located in the state of Colorado we require your tax ID number in order to not be charged sales tax on your order. You may set up your account without one, however you will be charged sales tax until a number has been provided.

We do not have minimum order requirements, however, we do offer tiered discounts beginning at 50 pieces within the same fabric and gender (for example, 50 mens’ bamboo) You may mix and match colors/sizes within that quantity.

Domestic orders ship via UPS. We find this to be the fastest, least expensive shipping method.

We do not offer international shipping.

Orders going to Hawaii via USPS have been taking 6-8 weeks for delivery. For questions regarding this delivery time, please reach out to USPS directly. If you need your package sooner, please choose UPS.

For large orders (more than 700 shirts) Freight Shipping is the best way to deliver your order. Please contact us to arrange this.

We are able to ship directly to your screen printer. Please provide their information in the “ship-to” fields at checkout.

All of our t-shirts come with an ONNO tag in the neckline. This tag is sewn in and is not a tear away tag. We do not offer a tagless option but you are welcome to cut the tag out or hire a seamstress to remove the tag, if you would like.

We do our best to match colors as closely as possible between dye lots but there does tend to be some variation, especially with Charcoal Blue and Espresso. For orders, the warehouse tries to select shirts from the same dye lot but aren't always able to since, as a small business, we order our shirts in small batches.

Please carefully check all orders before printing. Once you have accepted delivery of an order, it is your responsibility to ensure accuracy. If you’re shipping directly to your printer, please contact them to go over your order. There is a 20% restocking fee in the event you do return your shirts. Once a shirt is printed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. We work hard to make sure your order is right before it leaves the warehouse, but we’re people and we make mistakes. If there is a defect or discrepancy in your order, please contact us right away and we will get you the correct items as quickly as possible!

ONNO does not do any printing, but we are happy to help you find a printer. We recommend a ‘Contract Printer’, they will allow you to purchase your own shirts for printing. Some other types of printers will only allow you to buy shirts from them, and their prices tend to be higher. Here is a sample of what you should expect to pay from a contract printer:
